One Space NK shopper wrote: “I’ve only been using the Fill Repair Eye Cream for a couple of weeks, but I can already see a difference. My under-eyes look more awake and less sunken, and the fine lines are definitely softer. It has a lightweight, silky texture that absorbs quickly and layers well with other products. I love the cooling feel when I apply it – it’s super refreshing in the morning.
“The hyaluronic acid really plumps up the skin, and I’ve noticed less puffiness and darkness overall. It honestly feels like a mini filler effect without the needles!”

OK’s beauty editor Laura says: “From the get-go, the serum impressed me with its elegant formulation. It absorbed swiftly without leaving a greasy residue, played nicely with my other skincare essentials, and stayed put under my make-up without any pilling or sliding.
“My skin felt instantly smoother after using this, and when I checked back in 10 minutes later, I did see a change; not a massive one, and lines weren’t instantly gone, but overall my skin looked a bit fresher, healthier and stronger. It won’t take the place of Botox for me (no topical skincare product can freeze muscles), but it might just keep me feeling a bit better about my skin until I get my top-up. You can read my full review here.”
SkinCeuticals P-Tiox Neuro-Peptide Serum £130 from LookFantastic The brand, adored by beauty editors, skincare experts and dermatologists for cult classic products like C E Ferulic, has introduced this smart serum that features a multi-peptide complex along with PHA, niacinamide and laminaria extract, aiming to target nine different types of wrinkles, from crow’s feet to forehead lines, according to SkinCeuticals.

Laura says: “P-Tiox is such a dreamy formula: it’s lightweight and runny yet rich, it absorbs instantly yet feels super hydrating (so hydrating that I’ve been skipping moisturiser and going straight to SPF in the mornings), and it layers perfectly with all my other skincare and make-up.
“I’ve only been using this for a week so far but the immediate and short-term results are so impressive that I know I’m already going to be gutted when it runs out. It makes my skin look instantly fresher, plumper and brighter – we’re talking ‘glass skin’ vibes here. It’s a real ‘one-and-done’ anti-ageing serum – you can read my fill review here.”
RoC Derm Correxion Fill + Treat Serum £39.99 from Sephora This serum from RoC, a brand loved by celebs such as Jennifer Aniston and Sarah Jessica Parker, contains three types of hyaluronic acid to instantly plump your skin and smooth out lines and wrinkles, plus retinol to boost cell turnover. This one has rave reviews from Superdrug shoppers
One Superdrug shopper said: “I had brought this on my friend’s recommendation, I don’t do skincare etc. I had noticed that I was getting smile wrinkles at the end for my eyes; after applying this I noticed the wrinkles had disappeared within four days of using it day and night! Will continue to use it. Highly recommended. Will look into buying what other skin products are available in this brand. 5 stars!”

OK’s head of beauty Zoe says: “I’m in my thirties so my wrinkles aren’t exactly stubborn, but I do have one on my forehead that really bothers me. I’ve been using this serum for the past two weeks to try to smooth it out, and I’m pleased to report promising results. While the line is still there, there’s been a definite softening of it to a point where it doesn’t bother me quite so much.”

Tester Tracy says: “Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect and this stuff is amazing! It had the instant effect of a primer and my skin looks great. I usually look half asleep in the day but this has changed all that. I’ve been told my skin looks radiant, brighter and smoother. Seeing a difference with my lines and wrinkles after just a month has been amazing so I will definitely buy this.”

Laura says: “This has an instantly smoothing and blurring effect on fine lines, like Facetune in a tube. It won’t work miracles on very deep wrinkles, but for a quick fix – perhaps before a night out of an important event – it’s great. It’s worth noting that this serum isn’t particularly hydrating so use in addition to your usual serum and/or moisturiser.”
Murad Targeted Wrinkle Corrector £76 from Murad Contains peptides that work as instant, temporary ‘filler’ for deep lines, and ingredients to help ward off future lines. It’s also gone viral on TikTok, with shoppers calling it “Botox in a bottle”.

Tester Colleen says: “This product has filled my fine lines on my forehead and my crows feet. Even the very first application my skin looked so much more radiant, healthier and a lot less wrinklier. Tester Gail says: “My skin felt really soft, definitely plumper, so much smoother and really hydrated. It’s everything my skin needs and I’ve been admiring my face in the mirror all day. I will definitely be buying more and I’m telling friends about it. I actually feel like I’ve had some sort of expensive facial procedure. Overall my skin looks plumper so there are fewer lines. Finally, an inexpensive product that stands up to the claims it makes. I absolutely love it.”

One Boots customer wrote: “I was expecting to see results after a few weeks of consistent use, not after just one night! I applied Dior’s new Capture Totale Retishot before bed and woke up with the most softest skin! I can’t even remember the last time my face was this smooth! There was a little redness, but that was to be expected with pure retinol. I’m really excited to continue using this product!”
Luna Microcare Eternal Anti-Wrinkle Under Eye Patches From £20 from Luna Microcare A course of stick-on patches with dissolvable micro-channels that deliver anti-ageing ingredients to the delicate under-eye area while you sleep. Tester Rachel says: “Amazing, loved it! A general appearance of tiredness around my eyes causes my makeup not to apply evenly, and makes me look and feel older. After 2-3 weeks of using these, lines around my eyes appeared less pronounced. The whole experience left me feeling more positive as now I don’t look so old and tired. I would definitely would buy this product as I saw a real improvement – the skin under my eyes look fresher and plumper.”
