Super Eagles camp for South Africa must-win clash opens June 1

The Super Eagles training camp in Uyo for a must-win 2026 World Cup qualifier against South Africa will open on June 1.

Officials told SCORENigeria the team hope to honour stand-in captain William Ekong with their presence at the launch of his Troost Ekong Foundation on June 2 also in Uyo.

The Group C World Cup qualifier is fixed for June 7 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
