The shareholders of Tesla voted on Thursday to reinstate CEO Elon Musk $56 billion dollars pay package and approved the change of the company’s state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas .
The vote took place at Tesla annual sharholders meeting in Austin where premilary results announced by the company’s general counsel confirmed the shareholders approval.
Elon Musk would be having the biggest pay bonus as a CEO in history.
