Investigators from the Renfrew detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are on the hunt for two suspects who made off with a “large quantity of high-end colognes” from an Arnprior drug store on Thursday night.

The incident occurred just after 8:30 p.m., when the pair entered the Elgin Street West pharmacy and headed directly to the cologne display, where they filled their pockets with perfumes under the gaze of security cameras.

Officers were on the scene in minutes, but the pair had bolted by then.

The pair were described as Caucasian, one with dark hair with blond highlights and a goatee, the other with a dark beard and moustache.

Both wore Adidas-brand clothing, while one wore a “Fox” baseball cap.
