Olla Systems, a provider of cloud and IT infrastructure solutions, is looking to expand its cloud infrastructure across Africa and the Middle East, buoyed by the recent attainment of two globally recognised standards in information security and business continuity.
The Lagos‑based cloud and IT infrastructure specialist says the certifications will underpin its efforts to deliver resilient, enterprise‑grade services to a rapidly growing client base in emerging markets.
According to the IT firm, the first accolade, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, confirms it has implemented a rigorous, risk‑based framework for safeguarding data, ensuring its services meet the highest benchmarks of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Meanwhile, the ISO 22301:2019 certification for Business Continuity Management attests to the firm’s robust procedures for maintaining uninterrupted service in the face of disruptions.
“These global benchmarks reinforce our commitment to excellence, security and resilience at the core of everything we do,” said Eniola Arausi, Head of Shared Services at Olla Systems.
“As we support Africa’s digital transformation, they give our clients confidence that their mission‑critical workloads are protected and properly managed.”
OllaCloud is the firm’s flagship Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform, tailored for regulated industries. By combining stringent compliance controls with the flexibility and scale of modern cloud computing, OllaCloud enables organisations to migrate workloads, develop cloud‑native applications and meet strict regulatory requirements without compromise.
