Davido announces intent to release ‘Mind’ remix

Afrobeat fans have been on a high rise following Davido’s recent announcement to share a part 2 of his 2018 hit, Mind.

He made his intentions known in a tweet saying “MIND PT 2 !!! Get ready!!” and tagging his DMW colleagues, Mayorkun, Peruzzi and Dremo. This is particularly huge because Mind was a big hit during the time of its release. It’s official music video currently has over 15 million streams as well as over 45,000 likes.

This comes as a shock especially as Mayorkun is no more apart of DMW which is now dissolved. The other two artists, Peruzzi and Dremo, have been under the radar and consequently moved to Nine+ record alongside the other DMW members.

Fans have been buzzing with speculation about the release date and the potential chemistry between the artists on the track. While details like release time are still under wraps, the anticipation is certainly high.
