EngineAI unveils world’s first humanoid robot able to complete front flip

Shenzhen-based robotics firm EngineAI released a short video yesterday showcasing the successful completion of the world’s first robot front flip, a major milestone in robotic mobility and agility. After precise calculations, EngineAI’s engineering team ensured the robot maintained stability during the flip and supported its center of gravity upon landing. EngineAI, founded in October 2023, specializes in developing and manufacturing general-purpose intelligent robots and industry-specific solutions, with a focus on humanoid robots and related fields. Last October, the company launched its first full-size humanoid robot, SE01, which featured what the company called a natural human-like gait. [EngineAI, in Chinese]
