God is still at work

 *TOPIC: GOD IS STILL AT WORK*

 _”And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said… for Sarah conceived and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time…”  Genesis 21:1, 2._

 *MESSAGE*
God is still at work in the life of every believer because He has no end, therefore what He has with us cannot end even at these last days. Whatever He starts, He finishes as the author and good finisher.

The fact that you are alive means He is still at work; because He is working, His good plans cannot die. Though most times it might appear it is all over but that will just be the beginning of a new chapter of life. If you believe and steadfastly hold unto His promises, you will discover that your expectations cannot be cut off. Note that the only way to get the best result in life is to get back to the track of obedience.

At the age of 100, God opened a new chapter of life for Abraham, *”And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said… for Sarah conceived and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time…” – Genesis 21:1, 2.* He is ever ready to do the same to you; all you need to do is to keep faith with Him. God is still at work when He meets your faith in action – Genesis 2:17-18.

Hold fast onto His promises and work in obedience with Him. The God of  yesterday is still the God of today. The action of your faith is trust. Faith is not only expressed by confession you make, but by being obedient to the word of God. *”But I know that even now; whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.” – John 11:22.*

God is working for you right now.

1. My Lord and God, help me to remain faithful to you and your promises.

2. O! Lord give me the grace to be obedient to you and the spirit to trust your word.

3. Lord forgive all my unbelief and don’t be tired of working on my shortcomings in Jesus Name.
