Black pepper to taste

PreparationStep 1In a bowl, combine oats, milk, hemp seeds, and salt. Mix well, then transfer to a glass container and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2In the morning, transfer the oat mixture to a bowl and top with Greek yogurt, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
