Manchester United Football Club have confirmed Matheus Cunha as its first official summer signing ahead of the 2025/26 football season.
The Red Devils announced that an agreement has been reached with Wolves for Matheus Cunha who joined the club on a long-term deal as Ruben Amorim looks to return Manchester United back to the original standard. The Brazilian move is set to be complete pending his visa and registration.
Cunha will become Amorim’s first signing of the summer as he looks to rebuild a squad that finished 15th in the Premier League which is their lowest ever in over five decades. The forward player is Wolves record sale after United met his £62.5m release clause, agreeing to a structure of payment over two years.
