The Ottawa Police Service guns and gangs unit said in a release that a raid had been conducted in the Alta Vista area Wednesday.

Officers seized an unspecified amount of cocaine, crack cocaine and oxycodone as well as two loaded handguns. In addition, police seized “a large sum” of Canadian and U.S. cash.
