Police said the assault occurred around 7:35 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, inside an elevator at the LRT station.

Police described the suspect as a Black woman, approximately 5’9” tall, wearing dark-rimmed glasses, a tan jacket over a blue hooded sweatshirt, a black scarf, dark jeans, and tan boots with fur. She was carrying a black handbag.

Police asked anyone with information about the incident to contact Detective Patrick Wiseman at 613-236-1222, extension 6225 or by email at [email protected]. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling at 1-800-222-8477 or online at crimestoppers.ca.
