1. The Anointed of God

2. Calling For Salvation

3. The Judgement of God.

1. THE ANOINTED OF GOD

It is stupid for anyone to be thinking that he has no replacement. It is arrogance for anyone to think of himself more than necessary, for God has His anointed in His records. He sent Samuel to the family of Jesse to anoint a person in the replacement of Saul. Samuel would have made a mistake due to the physical appearance of the sons of Jesse presented to him, but God said none of them is chosen until they brought the unexpected person, the last born of the family, and God said that was him, anoint him. God has The quality that He looks for in His anointed one; He does not follow the protocol of man; he may leave the elderly, tall, good-looking, rich, educated, and experienced to make His choice on someone else. I don’t know what He sees in you or me that prompted Him to choose us for Himself, to be called His sons and daughters. He anointed us for His purpose. Many of our colleagues are in the town but in a mess of life; some are drug addicts, while some are in darkness, but He has chosen us for his services. Samuel looked at Eliab and Abinadab, but God said he should not look at their height; He did not choose them. This should be a lesson to the leaders of any sector in making any choice, not by money or any influence, but by the mind of God, not by vote but by the Spirit of God, it should also teach the parents not to raise any child down because God is not looking as man, though He is the creator of all; yet He has the anointed ones for Himself.

2. CALL FOR SALVATION

God raised His evangelical voice to all to come and buy salvation freely without any cost for He has paid for our salvation through His blood shed on the cross. But many are not ready to come, while some don’t know how to come but He declared through Prophet Isaiah that only by your confession you can drink from the water of life. He also asked why we spend money on that which will not save us. Some still make sacrifices to idols; meanwhile, all they need is Jesus Christ. Jesus also came with the saying, “Come unto me all that labor and have heavily laden; I will give you rest.” Salvation calling may be simple and free; money cannot buy it, and no other sacrifice is acceptable than that which is done by Jesus on the cross. We need to look for God when we can see Him and call when He is near to us, for a time is coming when He will say to some people that He knows them not, but this is the time of salvation and He says all that are thirsty should come and drink therefore, yield to His calling today and learn from Him; and if you have been in Him don’t try to go out, because there is no other way. There is no disappointment in Him and none of us shall regret our coming to Him in Jesus name.

3. THE JUDGEMENT OF GOD

God is the only one that can judge right, not human beings for those judging people also fall into the same errors. The Jewish Christians condemned the Gentiles Christians for not following the rudiments of their faith by keeping laws, but Paul made them understand that God will judge people accordingly, those keeping the law shall be judged by the law, and the natural and free thinkers shall be judged by the law of nature. Every human has a conscience, and this will be the criterion to judge those who did not hear the gospel. The same God shall judge all people in all nations. Jesus says the people of Sodom and Gomorrah will stand in judgment against the Jews. Likewise, the poor, illiterate, and bodily-challenged will stand against many in judgment for having no opportunity as we do, yet they keep their relationship with God. Many stand on the judgment throne to condemn people, knowing not that the same law is working against them. We condemn the attitude of all around us: the ministers, church officers, and members are not doing well; who tells you that you, to,o, are doing well? Let’s leave the judgment to the hand of God, and if you are in a position to judge, please see beyond the evidence placed before you and pray for the divine wisdom from above to judge right, for God is the only right judge. If not for the wisdom of God in Solomon, he would have condemned right for wrong because the evidence was proof beyond the reasoning. Let this always be in your mind, “anyone going into judgment should get there with clean hands.” Jesus advises you to remove the bundle of sticks from your eyes so that you may see clearly to remove the stick in the eye of your brother; no one is above the law. Yes, the wrong must be condemned, but grace should tell us that it’s by grace we are free from condemnation, and the impartial Judge is in heaven, therefore, judge not that you may not be judged. I pray we shall not be condemned on the last day in Jesus’ name.
