The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has arrested three suspected robbers and cultists along the Calabar-Itu Road axis, near Uyo, the state capital.

The command stated that the arrest was made possible by a credible intelligence regarding an impending cult clash along the Calabar-Itu Road as the command swiftly deployed surveillance teams to preempt any violence.
