Premier League reveals its 2024/25 manager of the season

Liverpool’s head coach, Arne Slot has been announced as the best manager of the 2024/25 Premier League season after he led to their second league title.

Arne Slot became the first Dutch manager to lead a team to win the Premier League for the first time in the history of the competition. Liverpool were crowned Champions after they defeated Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League at Anfield with four games to go.

He was announced the winner of the award on Tuesday May 27, 2025 . He also recieved the Sir Alex Ferguson award which is the LMA manager award at the LMA award ceremony which is a few days after the end of the 2024/25 season.

The Premier League manager of the season award is one of the most prestigious honors in English football, recognizing the outstanding achievements of managers who have led their teams to success throughout the campaign. Each year, the award is given to the manager who has consistently demonstrated exceptional tactical acumen, leadership, and team management skills.

Fiive managers were nominated for the prestigious award, the other nominees on the list are; Thomas Frank ( Brentford), Eddie Howe ( Newcastle United), Nuno Espirito Santos ( Nottingham Forest), Vitor Pereira ( Wolves).
