PreparationStep 1Add the cottage cheese, vanilla, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt to a blender and blend on high until silky smooth.

Step 2Add the raspberries to the blender and blend on low until well-combined.

Step 3Put the graham crackers in a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin or the back of a skillet.

Step 4Distribute the graham cracker crumbs into 4 small cups or bowls.

Step 5Spoon the raspberry cottage cheese mixture over the graham cracker crumbs and top with fresh raspberries (optional). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
