The 8 best players of European football Gameweek 36

Gameweek 36 of the European footballing season saw plenty of young and old stars alike put in pretty impressive performances.

Over in Spain, 38-year-old Luka Modric helped Real Madrid win their 36th La Liga title, while in Germany 21-year-old Adam Hlozek and 19-year-old Youssoufa Moukoko helped their respective teams (Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund) to thumping 5-1 victories.
